[detection principle]

This product uses the antibody antigen specific binding reaction and immune membrane analysis technology, through the immune competition inhibition method to detect MOP (MOR), MAMP and KET in human urine.
The kit is placed in the MOP (MOR), MAMP and KET three test card in the detection area of the test card (line T) were coated by MOP (MOR), MAMP and KET (KET) carrier conjugates, the other end is fixed with the MOP (MOR), MAMP and KET (KET) monoclonal antibody colloidal gold disk. During the detection, if the urine contains MOP, MAMP or KET and their metabolites, antibody and MOP, MAMP or KET will support collection of objects in colloidal gold marker competition binding sites on, when they reached the concentration above the threshold concentration of product design, will be the first with colloidal gold pieces on the MOP (or MAMP or KET) monoclonal antibody reaction and antibody binding sites are occupied, thus preventing the colloidal gold on the MOP (or MAMP or KET) antibody and detection zone on the membrane of MOP (or MAMP or KET) combined detection area can not capture the colloidal gold particles and no red color shows, as a positive result. The quality control line (C line) of the test card is coated with Goat anti mouse IgG, and the ribbon can always appear when testing, so as to indicate whether the reagent box reaction system is working normally. [sample requirements]
Urine is collected from disposable clean urine cups, and fresh urine is recommended without any special treatment. The urine can be stored at 2-8 DEG C for 2 days, frozen for -20 months, and stored for 1-2 months. Refrigerated samples need to be restored to room temperature before testing. The frozen samples should be compley dissolved and fully mixed before they can be detected. Otherwise, the test results may be affected. Samples collected are to be tested in time.

The minimum detectable amount of MOP was 300ng/ml, MAMP was 1000ng/ml, KET was 1000ng/ml, and the detection result was large, equal to the value of positive, less than the value is negative.
[judgment and interpretation of the results]
The MOR, M-AMP and KET labeled on the reagent card represent the MOP, MAMP and KET detection areas respectively, and the corresponding test results should be interpreted in the corresponding result observation window.
Negative: two ribbons appear in the result window. That is, the test line (T line) and quality control line (C line) position of each appear a red line. The presence of prohibited substances or prohibited substances in the sample is below the reagent detection threshold.
Positive: a red line appears on the quality control line (C line) of the result observation window. No lines appear on the test line (T line), indicating the presence of prohibited substances in the sample.
Invalid: the quality control line (C line) does not appear. In any case, the C lines shall be formed to indicate the addition and correct operation. The C line does not appear, indicating that the test result is uncertain and should be retried.
Note: a very thin ribbon appears on the test line (T line), indicating that the concentration of the banned substance in the urine is close to the detection threshold of the kit, and a more accurate and specific method is used to confirm the positive results.
