使用指南
測試前讓測試裝置，尿液樣本和/或?qū)φ瘴镞_(dá)到室溫（15-30℃）。

1.打開袋子之前將袋子放到室溫。 從密封袋中取出測試裝置，盡快使用。
2.將測試裝置放在干凈平整的表面上。 垂直握住滴管，將3滴完整的尿液（約100μl）轉(zhuǎn)移到測試裝置的試樣孔（S）上，然后啟動定時器。 避免在試樣孔（S）中捕獲氣泡。 見下圖。
等待出現(xiàn)彩色線條。 結(jié)果應(yīng)在3-5分鐘閱讀。 10分鐘后不要解釋結(jié)果。

INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS

(Please refer to illustration above)

NEGATIVE:* Two lines appear. One colored line should be in the control region (C), and another colored line should be in the test region (T). This negative result indicates that the ketamine concentration is below the detectable level (1000 ng/mL).

* NOTE: The shade of the color in the test region (T) may vary, but it should be considered negative whenever there is even a faint line.

POSITIVE: One colored line appears in the control region (C). No line appears in the test region (T).  This positive result indicates that the ketamine concentration exceeds the detectable level (1000 ng/mL).

INVALID: Control line fails to appear. Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons for control line failure. Review the procedure and repeat the test with a new test device. If the problem persists, discontinue using the test kit immediay and contact your local distributor.
