【產品組成】

【使用步驟】

1．用棉簽蘸取鼻或口腔分泌物。

2．將棉簽浸入樣品稀釋液，充分攪拌混勻后，靜置少許時間，用一次性滴管取上清液。（樣品若不能立即測試，應冷藏保存，超過24小時，應冷凍保存。）

3. 將未開封的試紙卡和檢測樣品恢復至室溫。

4. 將試紙卡水平放置，用滴管向試卡孔緩慢逐滴加入3滴不含氣泡的檢測液。

5. 10分鐘判斷結果，15分鐘后的結果不作參考。

陽性：兩條紫紅色條帶出現(xiàn)。

陰性：只有一條色帶出現(xiàn)，檢測T線無顯色

無效：未出現(xiàn)質控C線，表明操作不當或試劑盒已失效。在此情況下，應再次仔細閱讀說明書，并用新的試劑盒重新測試。

【檢驗方法的局限性】

1.本品僅是一種定性的檢測方法，不能確定其含量濃度。

2.本品也會發(fā)生極低的錯誤結果。如果條件允許，可以通過專業(yè)實驗室檢測，進一步確定檢測結果。

【注意事項】

1、檢測卡請在保質期內一次性使用；

2、檢測時避免陽光直射和電風扇直吹；

3、盡量不要觸摸檢測卡中央的白色膜面；

4、采樣滴管不可混用，以免交叉污染；

5、如果待檢樣本出現(xiàn)沉淀或渾濁物，請離心后再檢測；

6、試驗遇到的任何問題，請與供應商。

【儲存及有效期】

1、原包裝應儲存于4～40℃，陰涼避光干燥處，切勿冷凍

2、有效期12個月，有效期及批號見外包裝。
