今年的主題是“聽(tīng)見(jiàn)未來(lái)，從預(yù)防開(kāi)始”，耳部疾病預(yù)防再度引發(fā)社會(huì)關(guān)注。一條有關(guān)兒童用藥不當(dāng)致聾的公益廣告，也于近期在社交刷屏。統(tǒng)計(jì)顯示，有類似遭遇的兒童，我國(guó)每年約有3萬(wàn)名之多。針對(duì)這一問(wèn)題以及防范方法，北京晨報(bào)記者日前采訪了相關(guān)專家。

專家表示，造成兒童耳聾的主要藥物是氨基糖甙類藥物。因此，兒童用藥應(yīng)格外謹(jǐn)慎，原則上不使用有明確耳毒性的氨基糖甙類藥物。此外，兒童中存在藥物性致聾基因攜帶者，一旦接觸此類藥物，極易致聾。通過(guò)耳聾基因檢測(cè)，可盡早發(fā)現(xiàn)，避免藥物性耳聾的發(fā)生。

藥物性耳聾源自基因突變

在上面提到的公益廣告中，一位5歲小朋友說(shuō)道，自己因?yàn)?年前發(fā)高燒用藥不當(dāng)逐漸喪失聽(tīng)力。在以往的新聞報(bào)道中，也曾出現(xiàn)過(guò)兒童因?yàn)橹委煾忻暗瘸Ｒ?jiàn)病用藥不當(dāng)造成耳聾的案例。

據(jù)國(guó)家食藥監(jiān)總局南方醫(yī)藥經(jīng)濟(jì)研究所等發(fā)布的《2016年兒童用藥安全調(diào)查報(bào)告baipi》顯示，我國(guó)每年因用藥不當(dāng)約有3萬(wàn)名兒童耳聾。

對(duì)于因用藥不當(dāng)致聾的兒童在耳聾患者中的比例，北京電力醫(yī)院耳科專業(yè)副主任醫(yī)師趙亮進(jìn)行了估算，他舉例說(shuō)，“1999年，上海對(duì)市屬的4所聾啞學(xué)校共計(jì)275名學(xué)生進(jìn)行調(diào)查，明確因藥物導(dǎo)致耳聾的孩子占71%;其他地區(qū)的報(bào)道顯示，藥物性耳聾的比例也多在50%上下。我國(guó)有聽(tīng)力殘疾的總?cè)藬?shù)約2780萬(wàn)，按照這個(gè)比例計(jì)算，藥物性耳聾的兒童人群是相當(dāng)龐大的。”
